2016年1月博士毕业于中国科学院大学深圳先进技术研究院,广东工业大学副教授、硕导,“省部共建精密电子制造技术与装备国家重点实验室”与“微电子精密制造技术与装备教育部重点实验室”核心成员,校“青年百人计划”A类引进人才。主要从事微电子、功率电子等先进半导体封装技术与关键材料的研发,研究方向包括微纳金属材料、柔性印刷电子、高密度三维互连工艺及关键材料。
