【简介】

主要从事先进电子封装工艺与装备、半导体湿法刻蚀加工技术与器件、激光加工技术与装备等方向研究。

主持国家自然科学基金2中央军委装备预研领域基金1项、省部级项目4,参与97302专项、国家自然科学基金重点基金项目国家及省部项目10余项Nano LettersSmall等国际专业期刊上发表SCI论文30多篇(H index:11),影响因子>107篇。获美国发明专利3、中国发明专利授权60多件担任Nano LettersACS Applied Materials & Interfaces10余种国际期刊审稿人。曾获高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)一等奖2015)、广东省科技进步一等奖(2018)、机械工业联合会科技进步二等奖(2018)、湖南省优秀博士论文(2017)、香江学者年会最佳海报奖(2019。入选2017香江学者计划。
